Banque Bonhôte & Cie SA adopted Finlens, Alquant’s digital investment platform, to modernize its factsheet production and enhance fund presentations. The goal was to automate manual processes, ensure consistent data across all channels, and improve the client experience through interactivity.
Factsheet and website updates were previously handled manually, requiring significant time and creating risks of inconsistencies. Relationship Managers (RMs) relied on static documents that lacked flexibility for client discussions.
With Finlens, Bonhôte implemented a centralized system that:
• automates data integration and synchronizes updates across PDFs and web pages
• assigns role-based editing rights to relevant teams
• equips RMs with an interactive, branded interface to present fund data
• maintains full alignment with the bank’s visual identity
The process is now largely automated, saving time and reducing errors. Fund presentations are more dynamic and tailored to clients. This collaboration demonstrates how a digital platform can improve operational efficiency and client engagement.
